3.2. Sellers are responsible for accurately describing their products and complying with all applicable laws and regulations.
3.3. Buyers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, terms of sale, and any associated documentation before making a purchase.
4. Prohibited Activities
4.1. Users agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

4.1.2. Uploading or distributing malware, viruses, or any other harmful code.

5.2. Users retain ownership of the intellectual property rights to their own content. By uploading content to CodeCoopy, users grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free, sublicensable, and worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, modify, and distribute their content.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
6.1. CodeCoopy provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
